Method
1) To a food processor or blender add a handful of ice, 2 scoops of protein ice cream mix and coconut milk and blend until smooth.
2) Pour into a bowl and place in freezer until frozen.
3) Peel the banana and slice in half, dusting with cinnamon.
4) Spoon on the Organic Peanut Butter, natural yogurt and ice cream and dust with cinnamon.
5) Sprinkle with cacao nibs and serve.
