If I recall properly, if you can find old Traveller books, they had a lot of deck plans.

Also, try looking for tech books from sci-fi movies and TV shows. I'm sure there are deck plans out there for Star Wars, Star Trek, Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica and a host of other universes.
