ENworld has a whole download section for character sheets, including ratings by those who tried them.

If you're looking for one that calculates and self-fills for you, the the MPMB (More Purple More Better) plus fan made content fills is probably it, but you'll have to look for the second part around.

Of course, ours have things added and removed for our table. If you're interested, I'll post a couple versions.

I've been debating about making a RAW version, but it takes a bit of time doing all the form work so I haven't made it yet.

Not PDF or Excel, but the Roll20 compendium-compatible character sheets are fantastic.
