1 cup pasta kacang merah
1/2 cup kiwi
1/2 cup mochi (opsional)
1/2 cup stoberi, iris tipis
1/2 pisang, iris tipis
1 scoop es krim stroberi
1 scoop es krim vanila
5 sdm susu
5 sdm sirup stroberi
1 cup whipped cream
5 sdm sirup cokelat kental
1 cup sereal warna-warni
1 ceri (opsional)

Cara membuat patbingsu
1. Siapkan mangkuk besar, masukkan 1/3 cup es serut dan simple syrup. Tambahkan buah kaleng, tanpa airnya. Masukkan musigaru dan pasta kacang merah.
Cara bikin simple syrup: campurkan gula dan air dengan perbandingan 1:1. Masak dengan api medium sampai gula laru, sekitar 5 menit. Angkat dan dinginkan.
2. Layer selanjutnya, tambahkan es serut. Letakkan kiwi, mochi, storberi, dan pisang di atasnya. Tambahkan es krim stroberi dan vanila di atas buah.
Tuangkan susu dan sirup stroberi di atas es krim. Tambahkan whipped cream dan sirup cokelat. Taburkan sereal warna-warni dan letakkan ceri di atasnya.
Patbingsu pun siap dinikmati ramai-ramai dengan keluarga di rumah.
